Routine Appointments

Consultations are by appointment only and can be made up to two weeks in advance by telephone or in person at the surgery during surgery opening hours.

You can now Book your appointment online!...

You can see any one of the Practice Doctors of your preference however, for ongoing problems, we would prefer you to book with the same Doctor consistently.

Same Day Appointments

We have an Urgent Access Clinic for urgent problems which you feel must be dealt with on the same day. Please telephone the surgery and let the Receptionist know that you have an urgent problem. Brief details about your illness will initially be taken by the Receptionist, who will put your name on the list for the clinician to call back before the end of the day. You will receive a telephone call from a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. It is very important that you keep your telephone line available, so that we may contact you. We make every attempt to reach you as promptly as possible.
After one of these clinicians has discussed your problem with you, you will be given advice or booked to see a clinician. Some appointments may not be for the same day, based on the clinical urgency of the problem.
If for any reason you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible, so that it can be made available to others.
